So I update this almost every single day for you.
I have to decide what I am going to do this weekend. Should I get a ride home for free, so that I could go to a family birthday party, a friend’s birthday party, and see my friend’s band play live. Or should I stay here and recover from my illness, go to a sophomore year reunion social gathering, and get cash from my father.
Back to this sickness. Look what is going around, NJ natives. I am glad that I do not have the Norovirus, but it’s hit Princeton and Ryder, and if it hits here I am going to be screwed because as I was reading the article I had my fingers in my mouth. I need to break the habit of doing that, it’s probably the reason I am sick now.
Moving along. I finished my assignment today. It was this. So if you’ve ever wanted to hear what I sound like when I try to bullshit a “how to create a lesson plan” instructional video, now you can. I pause when I speak so much. I must sound like I am borderline retarded. But. I am just not fast at thinking on my feet. Oh and if you’ve ever wondered why I type one word sentences, now you know.
I saw a girl today walking with crutches. She was in front of me, and even though I prefer to walk fast, if I see somebody nursing an injury I am not going to rush them. We reached a clearing only one person could fit through, and she turned around and said “hey you can go first.” And I was like, no don’t worry about it. Take your time. And then she started going down this slope at lightning fast speeds and I was like, “whoa, you don’t need to rush!” and as she galloped a far distance away from me, I could hear her voice trailing off.
She was saying “I can’t control my speed when I go down slopes…”
And finally, whenever my roommate comes back into the room from being outside, the first thing he does is toss his keys across the room. I’ve always thought that was the strangest habit. But then I got to thinking, what is the first thing I always do when I come home? And I realized, the first thing I do when I step inside is disrobe all of my clothes. I wonder if he thinks that is weird.
